Crossroads of AI & Society Workshop

AI is rapidly reshaping decision-making across healthcare, finance, education, energy, and public policy. Yet its promise is matched by pressing societal challenges: how to design systems that are robust, ethical, aligned with human values, and respectful of privacy and fairness. Meeting these challenges requires attention to both algorithms and the social contexts in which they are deployed.

This two-day interdisciplinary workshop convenes researchers from across disciplines to advance these discussions. By bringing together perspectives from computer science, engineering, economics, and the social sciences, it aims to foster dialogue, collaboration, and innovation.
